Monica Bauer, owner of Shear Success opened the doors to her lifelong dream in November 2021. She first started in the beauty industry 20 years ago.
“I have witnessed first hand the impact this industry has on the lives of each client that sits in my chair. Whether if it’s for a few minutes or a few hours, I get the opportunity to improve someone’s day and put them first. For me that’s what it’s all about.”

Behind the chair for 25 years, she is an artist who is experienced in color and lightening services. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, dining out with friends and fantasy football. “My clients are like family. They are a big part of what keeps me in this business. I love making them feel comfortable and confident. It’s amazing what great conversation, color and highlights can do.”

Stylist
She has 12 years of experience in the hair industry. She is well rounded behind the chair with cutting, coloring, and highlighting effects. She enjoys traveling with her family and being surrounded by her friends. “My favorite part of this job is not only being able to completely transform your look, but making you a more confident you. It’s not just about how you look it’s about how you feel.”
